Shipping:

We offer shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please allow 2-3  weeks to ship your order, each piece is handmade to order. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged on international shipments.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

No Stock Availability:

Please note that we do not maintain stock of any product. Each order is individually crafted to meet your specifications and personalized fit.

 

Sale Items:

Products purchased on sale are non-returnable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items.

 

Eligibility for Return:

Every single order is crafted uniquely for you, and as such, we do not accept returns for made-to-order products unless they are damaged upon arrival.

 

Damaged Products:

If your made-to-order product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will assess the damage and provide options for a replacement or repair, depending on the extent of the damage.

 

Exchange Policy:

We offer exchanges for made-to-order products in different sizes only. If the product does not fit as expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange for a different size. We will work with you to ensure you receive a product that fits comfortably.

 

Refund Process:

Refunds are only issued for damaged products that are deemed irreparable or if we are unable to provide a suitable replacement. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 7-10 days of confirmation.

 

How to Initiate an Exchange:
